Cheap? Or....?

How many people think that perhaps there is such a thing as being "too cheap"? I was flipping through the TV guide late one night when I discovered a show called "Cheapskates".  The one character actually served food to her guests that was from the dumpster. An actual meal that she picked out of a garbage bin and fed to her company. Now I am all for saving a buck or two wherever I can, but I don't think I could eat food out of the garbage. Garbage out on the curb to be exact. Where do we draw the line with being frugal?
